Shipping policy

1. Processing and delivery time

All orders are processed within 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary due to high order volumes.

As we manufacture to order, delivery times range from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the product, material availability, and current production capacity.

2. Shipping method

We ship exclusively with DHL.

3. Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Germany: Free shipping

EU: €10

Europe: €15

Worldwide: €20

Shipping costs for goods exceeding €1,000 (export declaration required) to non-EU countries will be calculated separately.

Returns

We bear the costs for returns.

4. Shipment tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

5. Damaged or lost orders

If your parcel is damaged or does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please check the tracking number first. Your parcel may have been left at a parcel store or with a neighbor. If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed for 2 working days, please contact us: info@project-pepita.com

7. Customs and import taxes

International customs or import taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these are to be borne by the customer.
